I currently live in England where it rains all the time!
Actually that's not quite true... it just rains *most* of the time! Although my Brit husband gets annoyed when I say that. He also gets annoyed when we visit South Carolina in December/January and the weather is in the 70s.... he admits that he's jealous of the SC winter weather. We spent our summer holiday at Lake Murray in July 2008 so he did get to experience a hot humid SC summer. He also learned what the expression: 'We gonna git tore up' means. He says he's managed the experience in England as well!

I live in a small village in the midlands of the country... there are cows in the fields across the street from my house. There's a 15th century castle (just sold for 2 million pounds! - we didn't buy it!) at the other end of my village and the local pub was built in the 1600s. I understand that the beer there is good... but since I don't like beer I don't know. I do know the Scotch is good.... *LOL*
All in all.... life is good... *smile*...
