So, let's see...I went to Pittsburg State for undergrad (biology/chemistry, pre-med), and then grad school (microbiology) after deciding not to go to med school. I worked for 20+ years in hospitals and reference labs as a microbiologist, and now work for Cerner developing software for the healthcare industry. I met my (now) husband, Scott, while at Cerner in 2016. We married in 2017. I was married previously, moved to KC, then divorced. I lived in the Gardner/Olathe area for 25 years, and moved to Lee's Summit when Scott and I bought out dream home in 2021. I have three boys who are the best thing I ever did. Josh was born in 93 and got his degree in psychology/criminal justice from PSU (I think we counted over 25+ family members in my family and his father's who went to PSU!) He and his wife (Emily) live a few miles from us, with our granddog, Frida, a GSD. Matt was born in 96 and attended KU. His degree is in applied behavioral analysis, and he works with autistic children. I refer to him as "The Tall One" as he is 6'4".
