Ok...here goes...Hey you peeps out there! I'm Melissa. well duh! That's why you're here, to check up on lost friends. those you wanted to lose, and those you wish you hadn't. lol
I can't believe we just had our 20 year class reunion! I know I'm not that old! It's some sick joke I tell you! lol No I didn't go. Why? I don't know. I wasn't in touch with the people that I found out went and the ones I am in touch with, ( You ALL know who you are peoples! lol) didn't want to go.
About me. I'm now back in Bakersfield. I TRIED to get away, but it's like the Bermuda Triangle! You leave and WHOOOSH! YOu're sucked right back in! I have 3 great kids! Two sons. One is 18 and the other is going on 6. I also have a beautiful daughter that is 14. The older two attend Stockdale High. Great kids. Honor roll, ect. I know...don't know what happened there I tell you! lol
I work as a Surgical Assistant which I love! I plan on going...Expand for more
back to become a Surgical Physcian's Assistant when my youngest is a bit older.
Life has been a journey. As it should be. Some things I would love to go back and change,but for the most part...I'm content with who I have become.
I am no longer married. Now my life is consumed by the kids activities. I'm happy with my independence and life is good for me.
Pets...um...does dryer lint count?? lol jk..Well, not actually! I have 2 dogs. One circus mutt. Part Bassett. Part...big head dog. lol I have my dog. Maddie. Beautiful black lab. She's my baby! We also have 2 cats. 1 fish too I think. I better check now that I think about it. I left the door open and the cat was in.......................Um, scratch that. NO FISH now. Ooops! My bad!
I hope this enlightenes you a bit. It's true what they say, "The more things change, the more they stay the same"!
