Melissa's Story
My oh my how old I feel telling my "life story" and trying to keep it short for a paragraph or two! Here's the rundown: I am still living in Florida, married to my soul mate. I have a grown son who serves in the US Coast Guard working at a small boat station keeping our ports safe. I have a step son who is serving our country in the US Army protecting us from terrorists. igh school, I actually went on to college (after a few years of wandering around the country) and graduated at the top of my class. I know, hard to believe. These days I spend my time working as a manager and sometime consultant in the medical field. I am a distance runner (favorite race is the half marathon), I do triathlons (love it!), I travel all over the place (avid RV'er), and I try to enjoy being an empty-nester as much as I can while I worry about the kids...even though they are not "kids" anymore :(
