Melody's Story
My life in a nutshell:
- 3 grown children, 3 grandsons
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree in Health and Wellness
- One thing most people don't know...I was one of the dancers in the 1986 Super Bowl Half-time show.
- Retired United States Air Force Officer
- Lived in the following states: Arizona, Mississippi, South Dakota, Texas, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, Illinois, New Mexico, Florida, Nevada
- Resided in Germany (1999-2002) and Turkey (2005-2007).
- Traveled to: Hawaii...Expand for more
, France (Paris/Normandy), Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Britain, Japan, Korea, Scotland, Ireland, Hawaii, Egypt, Qatar
- Humanitarian Deployment to Gabon (Africa).
- Military Deployments to Kyrgyzstan (2004), Afganistan (Dec 08 - Jul 09), Iraq (Dec10 - Jun 11)
- Trained for and ran an half-marathon in December 2009.
- Deployed to Iraq. Will not miss the land of sand or hearing "incoming,incoming, incoming"!
- My life has been one big adventure! Gotta love it.
