Life
Hi, I moved to Florida in July of 2000 and am loving every minute I am here. I moved out of Somerville when I was 18. Lived in Woburn, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut and now in Florida. When I left New Hampshire I had been working for Tyco (not the toy company) the one with all the scandal, Dennis Kozlowski (like the Enron scandal). Luckily I left right before the fall of the empire. Many of my friends lost most of their savings. It was pretty bad. I enjoyed working there in the Human Resources but now I am working for friend of mine who own a fence company. It is my perfect job, I live in paradise, and life couln't be better. Definitely less stress living here. I live in St. Augustine, which is at the northeast corner. We do get cold winters but no snow. I have been in communication with one of my best friends from Junior High and High School, Laura Crovo (Massau). It is so awesome to talk with old friends. ve back up north. Alan has moved back to Portland, ME and has bought a house. My youngest son is living in Dover, New Hampshire and I don't think he will ever move from there. I am going to NH for a birthday party for my youngest who is turning 31 on the 24th of August. My boys are now 31 and 32, it is so amazing how time flies. I still feel like I am 25 mentally but of course, physically I feel 65. I am certainly glad to be alive though. We lost so many people in the past several years, the boy's dad, their uncle who was their dad's twin, their aunt, my dad, my mom, their cousin, another uncle, and then their nana. They have only 1 family member lving in their dad's immediate family. My husband have buried his brother 3 years ago, his mom 1 year ago, and his dad probably won't make it to Christmas. That is why you have to enjoy every minute of life. Don't sweat the small things. I know I haven't talked with several of my sisters off and on for years, but life is too short. I love all of them, all 6 sisters and the 1 brother.
