Melody's Story
Life
I'm am married to Rick Meisenhelder, as many of you might remember he also attended Oriskany High School We met each other at school and started dating in 1974 and married in May 1975.
My Kids:
My son Rick, is 47, and retired after 22 years Active Duty in the Air Force and he lives in Virginia. He married Erica Krebs from the area where they met at Holland Patent High School and married Jan. 2008.
My daughter Tami is 39, and she graduated In May 2007 with her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice with a focus in Forensic Investigations she married 4 years ago and has two children, a boy (Jasper) and girl (Willow Lane).
Both my kids are great and they have been two of the best things in my life! The other is my husband!
My Job:
I am currently the Associate Vice President of the Training Department for Up...Expand for more
state Cerebral Palsy. I have been working for this agency for 29+ years and I continue to enjoy working there because it is an exciting adventure everyday and I am challenged and have fun. I also work part-time as an online Professor for Psychology courses.
I completed my third Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology in 9/2019 and I finished my PhD in Clinical Psychology 8/2021.
My family:
Both my parents are deceased, my father in 1981 and my mother years ago. My older sister, Cindy died at the age of 50 and she attended Oriskany High School and she was 6 years older than me.
My sister Kelly is still in the area and she is married with three children, two daughters and a son.
My brother Jammie, is married with three children; one daughter and two sons, and he moved to Florida to get away from the snow and cold.
