Mena's Story

Life I was born and raised in Chicago Il and came to here to Texas at the age of 15. I have lived in Houston Texas now for ten years. And finally, I am leaving. Houston has brought me much joy, much pain and lessons well learned. I have aquired some very good friends that I will miss dearly. But I no longer have extended family here, and I get lonesome during...Expand for more
the holidays (and my children miss thier grandparents). I am moving to Charlotte NC in the spring of 2005. I look forward to a fresh start, and to being closer to my parents and brother (who is in the military). I will always love Houston for the many things that it has brought me. And I will always keep in touch and come back to visit my "soul sistas". PEACE
