Early in her career Meredith received two broadcasting awards in her hometown¿Philadelphia. One was a scholarship from CBS News and the other was an Award from NBC News. Meredith is a graduate of Marist College in New York. While there, she worked at 20/20, The View, Barbara Walter¿s Specials, and ABC Sports.
After college Meredith returned home to Philadelphia to begin her reporting career. While at WCAU in Philadelphia, Meredith worked undercover for sweeps pieces and fell in love with investigative journalism. Within a year she was hired to report on cable news. While at Philly TV News, she felt like she had hit the jackpot working in the city she grew up in¿until she covered one of her all time favorite stories, an $86 million lottery winner.

Meredith¿s second love is radio, and she has also worked as a morning radio personality for Citadel Broadcasting.
Meredith now spends her free time training for triathlons, shopping for shoes, and enjoying Lake Murray. She¿s happy to call the Midlands her home.
