Torrance has been to Germany, United Kingdom for 2 duties which total 5yrs., Spain, Iceland, and is currently in Oklahoma. Thomas A/E Carter 11yrs. old (D.O.B. 10/04/93) is a very handsome young man and a very good student. He has a love for GOD like his Mother.
