Workplace I have been a sports official (concentrating in baseball and softball umpiring) for the past 24 years, working games at all levels from T-ball to NCAA Division I. I am the Commissioner of East Coast Officials and cannot imagine ever leaving this field of work. It has been extremely rewarding, both personally and financially. ctor of Admissions for the Virginia Beach location of the largest network of aviation maintenance training schools in the country. This, too, is quite rewarding as I assist people interested in receiving FAA training and licensing for a career in aviation and avionics. Combined, these two careers keep me busy year round - oftentimes 16 hours a day, six days a week.
