Michael's Story
I was only a student at CHS for one year. I was pretty quiet and busy trying to make up required courses and get a B+ average to qualify for graduation. We moved frequently
during High School years so I actually attended 5 schools.
Freshman year: San Juan High School
Sophomore year: Douglas County High School NV/ La Sierra High School
Junior year: James Marshall High School
Senior year: Clarksburg High School - The best year.
My brother Richard "Spats" Anderson also attended Clarksburg (Class of 66)

Friends: Ray Miguel, Ernie and Mike Tyhurst, Ray and Greg Armstrong, I was scared of girls but I do remember Helen Gutierrez was always very nice to me in Art Class.
I was walking through our Company area near Quang Tri Vietnam and happened upon Haig Heringer. What a surprise that was. I was deeply moved by hearing about his unfortunate demise at his work with PG&E. I'm sure he was greatly missed.
I have been married to my wonderful wife Mary Jane for 50 years. We have One son
who just turned 49 Sept. 1st.
