Michael's Story
Life
Just got married June 05 to a wonderful woman that put up with me for over 10 years. We have a house in Southfield.
I've worked in radio, for two baseball teams and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey/Disney On Ice. Recently I was with Quicken Loans in their marketing department and then with Fathead. I am now the Director of Marketing for TOMCAR in Rochester Hills.
I also started my own marketing agency / consulting firm called Rubber Chicken Marketing Group.
We just had our first and only child, a girl, in Spet 08.
Happy to be back in the Detroit area and just trying to enjoy life.
School
Graduated from State in 1994 with BA in Telecommunicatons. Worked at WDBM-FM as on-air personality for four years. Was also one of the founding members of Phi Sigma Phi (chapter no longer on campus - merged with an...Expand for more
other). Currently looking at pursuing a masters in Marketing.
Workplace
Worked for Goodrich Radio right after college, was fired when stations were sold and ended up with the Lansing Lugnuts during their first two years. Went on to Peoria, IL for 5 years with the Peoria Chiefs Baseball Team as Asst. General Manager. Moved back to Detroit four years ago when I got a job with Feld Entertainment promoting Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey and Disney On Ice shows in Michigan and Ontario. Left that company in Januray 05 and joined Quicken Loans in their marketing dept. When teh ownership of QL bought wall graphic company Fathead, I moved to their marketing team. Currently I am the Director of Marketing for TOMCAR in Rochester Hills, MI. I also started my own marketing agency - RCMG (Rubber Chicken Marketing Group).
