Michael's Story
After high school I joined the Navy and spent several years traveling the world to such spots as Adak Alaska, Viet Nam, and other fine vacation destinations. Although not all bad I was quite ready to finish my time with Uncle Sam and go back to school. Upon receipt of my BA from Cal State Fullerton I found my way to Lockheed where I spent most of my professional career with exception of 5 years at the NASA Dryden Flight Test Center (Edwards AFB). arried in 1978, help raise two great kids, and am now a grand father. In 2004 I became a senior manager for Lockheed in Fort Worth Texas. I feel fortuniate in that I have a wonderful family, retain my health, enjoyed what I did as a career, had a great team to work with and have had the privilege to be a small part of some of the greatest programs recent aviation history.
