Michael's Story
Right now I live on Guam (U.S. Territory, Pacific Island) & work for the U.S. Dept. of Defense school systems (worldwide school systems for dependents of deployed US military personnel). It's a great gig with lots of travel opportunities.
I'm still performing regularly as a Jazz musician (tenor saxophone & flute) and have several CD's out.
I met my wife, Yumiko, on Saipan (...Expand for more
another tropical island) where I was living 15 years ago. She is Japanese and grew up in Tokyo. She graduated from Tokyo City University, spent several years flying for Japan Air Lines and is currently running a real estate business on Guam. We don't have any kids, although I do have a son from my "1st life" who is a Junior this year at University of Virginia, Richmond.
