Michael's Story
After nearly 30 years in SW Florida, most of which I spent making jewelry thanks to the encouragement and help of Stanley B. Gordon!!!
I am now in Hilham TN with the love of my life Linda Harer!!!
I enjoy working with teenagers in youth ministry.
I have been blessed with two children from my previous marriage ages 24 & 22. I am now a Grandpa with my first grandchild born in Aug. 09!!! What a huge blessing!!!

2.7.11 So the stroy continues.....Linda and I ended up in So Cal with Guardianship of her two young grandchildren....still waiting to be able to go back to our home in TN with the children who are almost 7 & almost 5....who would have thunk it...raisng children again at 50!!! But I know that I am totally blessed in this and would not trade any of it!!!! Stay tuned for the continuing saga, Michael
2/13/12 We were granted permission by the CA courts to return to our home in TN!!!!!! The courts ordered that we have Tn write their own Guardianship orders as soon as possi...Expand for more
ble...so we are in the process of getting that done.
I am working again with a very dear friend doing painting and minor renovations, surprisingly I am enjoying this new endeavor. As you can imagine after 19 months away from our home & 20 acres there is lots to do....slowly but surely we are getting it done!!!! The children are loving this new life of theirs!!! They enjoy living in the country and having room to run and play without fear of someone trying to come grab them!!! They are currently 5 & 7 and growing like weeds!!!! Only 12 more years til we can think about retiring again....long time off but we know that we are doing the right thing in protecting these children, we are blessed to have the ability to do it and the energy!!!!!
6/11/12 So I have one new granddaughter and another due this week!!!! What a blessing it is to see my children growing into the role of parents.....payback time!!!! They are learning that their old man was not so stupid and that as a parent you give all that you have to your children and then some!!! I know that I am blessed beyond my wildest dreams, Michael
