Mike's Story
Life
I graduated from JJ Pearce High School, Richardson TX, in 1976 after moving from Farmington Hills in the spring of 1975. I went to Texas A&M University-class of '80 and got a BBA in Marketing.
No boring work history-but I did manage to stay single until age 36! I met my wife Tracy and we married in 1994. I have a stepson-"Michael" who is now 19 and graduating from Leander High School this semester. I also have a daughter named Allyson who is 11 and has me pretty much wrapped around her finger!
We live in Lago Vista, TX which is near Austin. Lago Vista is in the Texas hill country and our home overlooks Lake Travis. It is a beautiful place to live and we are visited by many deer each morning and evening. We have a nice large fishing style ...Expand for more
boat and go on the lake frequently to fish and enjoy lake activities. I commute a long way to work so we can live here, but it's worth it.
I manage a branch of United Rentals which sells and rents construction equipment and supplies to contractors. Tracy is a rural route mail carrier for the USPS.
As you know I'm originally from Texas and love Texas very much. But my fondest childhood memories are from the time my family lived in Michigan and I went through school. It was hard moving to a new high school for my senior year and my thoughts were always with my friends from NFHS.
I hope to hear from some of you before too long. I noticed on Rick Jaster's profile that the 30th class reunion is in October. I hope we can attend and see some of you!
