Michael's Story
As most of you know I had to go to work before finishing school. Other then helping out in my family¿s business up to 2004 (Elrod¿s Gutter Service) In 1985 I started working at Parnell Martin plumbing supply company doing walk in sales and doing delivery¿s in Ga., S.C., N.C. Then in May of 1987 I got married, boy I wish I had listened to the four guy¿s I looked up to (My dad Robert Caudle, both my grandfather¿s Tallmadge Caudle and Marshall Elrod, my uncle Tim Elrod) boy I could be retired now if I had listen to them. Started working at Clark-Schwebel in September 1987, I learn how to run everything in the finishing department to make it to supervisor. May 24, 1995 was the only good day out of the marriage this was the day my daughter Hannah Marie Caudle was born. Then when I had enough of a bad marriage after eight and half long hard years, I file for devoice which was the down fall of a good job, mother-in-law also worked there and boy did she stir up trouble. Jordan, little did I know at the start this was the girl I always seen and wanted to talk to when I would go over to Hartwell Ga., on Friday and Saturday when I had the chance during our school years. After meeting her seemed things was turning around, although the good job was gone thanks to the trouble making, my final devoice came. Then best day for Angie and I was January 17, 1997 when our son Mycal Scott Caudle was born, In march of 1997 got Angie to move from Hartwell to Starr, in December I went to work for the City of Anderson Sewer department to mid 1999. Then in November of 1999 I went back to work for the City of Anderson Signal and Sign department where we install and maintain all traffic signals. Our next best day was December 13, 2001 our son Mycah Tillman Caudle was born. This is what has happened to me in the last 24 years hope it didn¿t bore you too much. Angie and I still live in Starr for now and I still work on traffic signals for the city, so if you are in town and see someone working on them I¿m most like there. Hope you all are doing well.
