Michael's Story
Life
My life has had it's ups and downs but I am healthy and happy right now. A year after graduating HS I served a 2 year mission for the LDS Church in So. Texas. I loved every minute of it. When I returned, I lived in B.G. for about a year before moving to Utah, where I worked and attended the University of Utah in SLC. Shortly thereafter, I became a policeman on the Salt Lake City Police Department and worked there for 20+ years before retiring in 1995. -certified as a peace officer and worked for the Park City Police Department until 2009. Park City is the neatest little resort community and we really enjoyed living there. I am now "really" retired and my wife and I moved back to Salt Lake City. We have since purchased a home in Kaysville, Utah where we now reside. My wife and I have a combined family of 8 children (all grown) and we have 15 grandchildren. I still work part-time as a private investigator and that keeps me busy. I remain a faithful LDS Church member and currently serve as an ordinance worker in the Bountiful Utah Temple.
