Michael's Story

Hello Friends and Classmates! Well, where do I start? It's twenty-one years later since our senior year and by now life's journey has given us all a story to share. Here's mine: In 1993 I finally left Dolton and moved to Schereville, Indiana with my family. I was working in downtown Chicago at Lakeshore Athletic Club part time as a personal trainer while attending Loyola University as a full time student. I graduated from Loyola in 1994 and went to work for NCR Corporation right after graduation. In 1995 I met this this beautiful girl from a small town in Kentucky who was lost in the city. Somehow I was lucky enough to talk her into going out with me. In 1997 we married and have lived happily together ever since. We have two girls ages 7 & 8. In 1999 I took a job with Teradata Corporation and life took us to Indianapolis. We currently live in the Northwest suburbs of Indianapolis. My wife is a teacher at the college leve...Expand for more
l and I am still with Teradata Corporation. My life long dream of becoming a politician never turned out. Considering the state of current times, maybe it was for the best. I would consider myself a conservative who enjoys the finer things in life. My job allows me to travel all over the country. During my travels, I've had the pleasure of meeting some interesting people. Some famous but most not. Some famous people that I have met include Bill Clinton, Sheryl Crow and Coach K(Duke's Basketball Coach). I really enjoy spending time with my family and playing Tennis year round. As I get older, I can see another journey coming soon. I am not sure where this one will take me but the idea of politics somehow just won't fade away.
