Michael's Story
Life
After Graduation I went to Oklahoma U for several years but the draft got too close and I entered the Air Force. Made the AF a career for 22 years as a broadcast journalist. In those years I fulfilled my life goal of world travel. While on active duty I went to night school and finally graduated from Regents College in 1987 (now Exc...Expand for more
elsior College) in Albany NY. Retired from the Air Force and moved to Alaska to get my minor in Education from UAF (finished 1990). I have been teaching ever since, added certification in special education from UAA(1993) and a PhD in Sped (1996). I am now divorced and live in Washington state at the south end of Puget Sound, in Olympia!
