Life
Attended Anne Arundel Community College. Graduated from the University of Baltimore with a BS in Business Administration. Started cooking as a hobby, then decided to pursue it as a full-time career. Cooked aboard sailing schooners in the Caribbean for one year, then attended the Baltimore International Culinary Arts Institute. nd taught cooking classes for Fairfax County Adult Education. Currently work as a chef instructor at Northern Virginia Community College.
Met my wife in culinary school, and have been married since 1990. Have four children - two teenage daughters, two younger sons. My wife is the finance director for a school for children with special needs. My daughters are applying for colleges, and learning to drive. Both my sons play basketball and swim on the local swim team.
