Michael's Story
I went into the Army when I was 17 and spent 3 years where I was in Alaska and then Viet-nam as a medic. When Igot out I tried to work in Sunnyside hospitalbut all I could do was prep people for surgery which was a slap in the face to myself as a confident medic, Well got fed up with that so I spent the rest of my life as a carpenter and when I gotbored withdoing that I became a carpenter well here I am at 65 years old and have a bad back from carring to much weight around my waist but I get a VA pension and next year I get to start drawind social security all and all I feel very...Expand for more
lucky and I'm satisfied with my life . There is no woman in my life at this time but I'm still looking haha I was in trouble a few tims but never had a felony . I used to hunt and fish but I don't drink anymore so I just camp to see the scenery and animals. Time sure went by fast and seems like it goes by faster every year. After all I still feel like a kid not an old man haha.Also I've survived cancer twice so I do feel lucky and glad I have had the VA take care of me all these years Hope every one is in good shape and have a mind of their own.
