Michael's Story
Life
I have been happily married to Vickie (Bowen - class of 1973) for over 36 years. We have one daughter (Michelle) who lives in Atlanta, she is in advertising. I am a CPA and we have lived in Spartanburg, SC for the last 22 years.
We are very active in tennis and golf. Vickie was the state coordinator for Mixed-Doubles and I was the Tennis Committee Chairman at the Country Club. Recently Vickie has started playing more golf.
We still visit Charleston often, especially now that they moved the Family Circle Tennis Tournament from Hilton Head to Charleston.

eling, mostly Surfside Beach, Florida, or further south. Last year we tried Turkey, Greece & Egypt.
After high school I joined the Navy, did my time, then used the GI bill to go to the College of Charleston. Later I did graduate work at Clemson.
Life has been good for us, except for a few minor sports injuries our health has been great.
I went to the 10 year reunion, but have not heard about any since then. We went to the 20 year reunion for the class of 1972 (Vickie actually graduated a year early). It would be nice to have another one. It sure has been a long long time.
