Michael's Story

Life I joined the Army, Military Police Corp. in 79 and came to Ft Hood, Texas. After 3 years I got out and stayed here. It seemed like everyone I ran around with had gone off to college or moved away so I didn't come home . I had made some good friends that were from this area so I decided to stay a while and I've been here ever since. I have 2 children, Jacob, 18 and Paige, 12. I live in Salado Texas, which is aboht 25 miles from Ft. Hood since 1985. I wor...Expand for more
k for Wilsonart International. We make decorative laminate for counter tops. I am currently in our adhiseves division making glue. I have been a Volunteer fireman and EMT for the last 15 years also in Salado Tx. I get home once a year to see my mom. She lives in southern Ill. now so I don't make it to Palos much. My sisters still live there tho. I didn't know about the 20 year reunion or I would have come home for a visit. Hope to hear from ya'll soon. Mike
