Michael's Story
Life
A year after graduation, I joined the Air Force. I spent 10 years (1990-2000) living in Germany, Japan and England, and returned stateside the summer of 2000 to (ugh!) Arkansas.
I officially retired from active duty August 1, 2003. I am currently an Air Force Junior ROTC instructor. After teaching for a year in Tennessee, I transfered to Merrillville, Indiana in August 2004 to finally get close to home.
I attended both the pre-reunion fund raiser in Nove...Expand for more
mber 1981 and the 10 year reunion in August 1982 (travelling all the way from Germany for both I might add). And had a ball at our 20 year reunion. Can't wait until the 25th!
Military
It's official... 20 years and 39 days... I retired from the Air Force, effective August 1, 2003. It was a wonderful ride, got to see and do some great things. But it is time to move on with my life, and try and give back to the world that allowed me to live life to it's fullest.
