Michael's Story
I met my wife, Karyn, at UW-Eau Claire. We were married in 1980. We have three kids, one grown and moved away, one in college, and one in high school. They have brought us great joy and pride. After a few years in MN, we moved back to Eau Claire and I finally finished my degree in Comparative Religious Studies.

suburban Chicago and to blue collar work- I'm a union paving laborer. It allows me to stay involved at my parish and to do a liittle small time theatre. (Photo is me as Emile de Beque in South Pacific.) I'm a catechist, choir member, lector, and coordinator of a few food collections a year. I also enjoy bicycling and have dabbled in blogging at a Catholic political site.
