Michael's Story
Retired in May 2017. Spent most of my career in the natural gas and power businesses (degree was in education), but only spent three years teaching.. Attended Pattonville High School from 1969-1972. Went to Mizzou from 1972-1977, Taught school in a Missouri small town for one year after graduating college, got married (we have been married for nearly 46 years), then my wife and i moved to Houston, TX and lived for 25 years. was born in 1983 (our only child). Spent most of that time in Houston in the natural gas industry.. Was laid off from my job at Enron in 2001 (remember the big Enron scandal in 2001?), and found a position in Los Angeles County, CA working for the utility company. Retired in 2017. Lived in CA until October 2021 when we relocated to San Antonio, TX and bought a home in a very nice Del Webb retirement community. We love living
