Michael's Story
After high school, I went to LSUS. I spent quite a while there trying to figure out what I really wanted to do, who I wanted to be. I even took some transfer courses as BPCC, where I met my wife, Kelly. Apparently getting married was exactly the motivation I needed because I was never so determined to finally obtain a graduate degree from LSUS (BA Communications).
I did not, however, pursue the career path of my major. I have now been in telecommunications over 10 years, having worked as a telecom network engineer for both CenturyTel and currently Windstream with a variety of telecom and IT related specialties. I have just one dau...Expand for more
ghter named Briana who is destined to become an actress or something. She should already have won several awards for best dramatic performance in a restaurant, at a family reunion, in a classroom, at a park... The list could go on.
I've been married over 14 years now and have lived in Shreveport, Monroe and currently Benton, Arkansas (just outside of Little Rock, where I work). I still keep in contact with by brother who lives in Austin, TX, but outside of that, I communicate with practically none of my childhood friends. We're old now... knocking on 40, but I'm open to renewing old relationships. Give me a holler if you are, too!
