Michael's Story
Here's a weird one. I've worked in Glendale now for 27 years (I work for the City).
And now I'm living in my childhood home on Adams Hill.
The kids are grown, the boy is married, my daughter lives in (heh) sin but they live about 2 miles away from each other in the valley.
I'm going to retire in 5 years if I make it.

I continued to perform music, mostly rock and country western in the 70s and 80s, took a 16 year break to bring up kids and then started up again, playing keys as a lounge act. Except with the hated invention of DJs and Karaoke, there isn't a need for single artists anymore. I have little patience for bands.
