Michael's Story

Life I went to Kennedy HS for grade 10, 11 & part of grade 12 in the years 1979,80 & 81. In '81, I went to Lincoln HS for my senior year. During HS, I worked pt at Kinney shoes, then after graduation continued on there and became a store manager in Cedar Rapids, IA. After a couple years in CR, I moved to Dubuque IA as part of the job. I stayed for 3 more years. I had an idea for a business, so I opened a small video game store called The Video Adventure. i opened 7 stores in Iowa & Illinois renamed Video Games Etc. We buy, sell & trade new and used video games, game systems, DVD movies, iPods, tablets, smart phones, VR gear and various other items. On April 1st, 2016, I retired & moved to Lake Havasu, Az.
