Michael's Story
After spending 27 years in Klamath Falls, Oregon I am now living in Middletown, Ohio with my two cats Bo Bo (bow bow) and Crewton.
I was hired as a program assistant at the OIT athletics department after graduation and as Assistant Director in 1996. I was named interim Athletic Director in June 2002 and was appointed the director in 2004. In 2107 my contract was not renewed by OIT and I took the position of Commissioner for the River States Conference in 2018. A 13 member small college athletic conference affiliated with the NAIA.

r China. I got to see the Great Wall, Tienanmen Square, The Forbidden City, as well as several areas inland that few Americans get to see. The mountains are amazing. The food has little flavor and is not like "American" Chinese food. I could go on a while about the experience but don't want to bore you... I posted a couple of photos...
The highlights of my career have been witnessing OIT's basketball team winning three national titles and our softball team winning one.. All four teams were considered underdogs in the tournament.
I find myself very saddened by the state of our country and to complete lack of leadership. Even more by the number of people that will support those of such poor character.
