Michael's Story
In high school, I loved being sports editor of the Devilier. I have no idea why I was involved in the wrestling program (BONES GET OFF YOUR BACK) I actually like Mr. Gimbel, but not as much as Mr. Christy.
I originally went to the Navy after high school but I got sent home because I can't hear too well in my left ear. I still can"t.
Started at the University of Akron in the fall of 1990. I graduated in 94 with a major in media communication. I wrote for the school paper and was sports director of WZIP my senior year. ransfer to Ashtabula. There I met a lot of friends and a girl I fell head over heels for. Two years later I went back to Ashtabula for good. My job and friends were good,the girl I liked ran off and got married to someone else.
In 2001 I met Jeannie in of all places Jacksonville, Florida. We wrote a lot of e-mails, and ran up phone bills for two years before getting married in August of 2003. Jeannie gave birth to Corban on Sept. 27, 2007.
I work as a restaurant general manager for Flying J in Austinburg, Ohio.
I have a wonderful wife and son, and would be stupid to complain about much of anything that has happened in my life the last 20 years.
