Michael's Story
Michael serves as Chief Operating Officer of QQ Solutions, Inc., a Software as a Service (SaaS) company based in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
During his career, Michael has held a number of technical, marketing and senior management positions in technology companies, including: CEO of TVR Communications, CMO of Ener1, President of Boca Research, EVP of Boundless Technologies, Director of Marketing at AT&T/NCR, and VP at Veeco Instruments.
Following the completion of a strategic planning assignment for TVR Communications, Michael joined the company as its Chief Executive Officer where he spearheaded two strategic acquisitions and led the formation of the company's Interactive Media Division.
Previously, Michael served as Chief Marketing Officer for Ener1, Inc. where he was responsible for marketing and sales across all of the company's business units. Prior to Ener1, Michael was President of the Boca Global Division of Boca Research, where he had P&L responsibility for all of the Boca Research's product lines, including PC add-in cards, software and other consumer electronic products. Michael successfully negotiated the sale of the division to competitor Zoom Telephonics.

At AT&T/NCR, Michael was a member of an elite internal venturing team, chartered with defining future new businesses and developing improved business planning processes. He had previously served as Director of Marketing and, prior to that, as Senior Product Manager for the company as well.
Michael has been widely quoted in the media, including: The Wall Street Journal, Computer World, Information Week, the New York Times, InfoWorld, The Palm Beach Post, Computer Business Review, For the Record, and numerous information technology, and many other publications. He has published several technical papers and has spoken at major industry conferences, including Comdex, American Society for Quality Control and others worldwide. He has contributed to several scientific and technical books including, "Thin-Client/Server Computing", "The Handbook of X-Ray Spectrometry", and "The Tool and Manufacturing Engineers Handbook".
Michael earned his B.A. from Hofstra University where he also worked toward an MBA and Masters in Computer Science. Michael holds certificates from the NCR College of Management in Strategic Planning, The Product Realization Process, and Product Management.
Michael lives with his wife, Beth, in Delray Beach, Florida. He has two children, Jacob and Meryl who both live in NY.
