Life Whodathunkit!!! 1963 to 1968 I dinked around and finally took a real job with Household Finance which lasted an entire 12 months. But then I found my calling. I became a Yuba County Deputy Sheriff, and loved it. But after four years the first real bump in my life -DIVORCE. I took a position at Kwajalien Missile Range as an Investigator for a couple of years then returned to Yuba City as the Yuba College Police Chief. I went back to the Sheriff's Department in June 0f 1979 and remained there until December of 1988 when I entered law school. After graduation I went into private pracice as a litigator and criminal defense attorney. What the Hey, I knew the other side pretty well by then. I still practice today but I am honing the golf game to become a Senior Player -- No, not the Senior Tour, just a senior player. My wife of 22 years died in 1998 from being thrown from her horse.
