Michael's Story
After TCHS I attended the Univ of Michigan and earned a BSEME degree. In 1974 I went to work for Diamond Shamrock in Clev., OH. Worked there for 4 years as an engineer in their Equip. and Construction Group, left in 1978 and became a Sales Engin. for Ingersoll Rand. Spent 10 yrs there in their Pump, Compressor and Turbomachinery Division holding various positions. In 1988 I left IR and went to work for a manufacturing Co. in Twinsburg, OH. This Co. provided equip. and services to the High Voltage Substations of Electric Utility Co's across the U.S. Held various positions including Sales Mgr., Oper. Mgr., Gen. Mgr., and VP/Gen. Mgr. I retired in 2000 and have enjoyed the leisure life since.
I married in 1982, had a son (Steven) in 1984, and daughter Michelle in 1986. Was married for 23 yrs, divorced in 2005 and am single now. I live in Broadview Heights, ...Expand for more
OH. My son lives in Chicago and has a promising career at Accenture-he graduated from Case Western Univ. and has a BSA degree. My daughter Michelle lives in Henderson, Nevada and graduated from Paul Mitchell Beauty College. She does all types of styling and makeovers and has developed a good customer base since moving there last year.
I still have family/friends in Michigan and visit often. I like to travel, have always been interested in games like playing Spellbound in Classmates, doing crossword puzzles, gardening, traveling, cooking,keeping up with old friends, current events, and taking care of my mini-Schnauzer Callie. My ex and I are still good friends and spend time together with family and friends. Overall, things turned out well for me.....I have no complaints and only a few regrets!!!
Oh, I should mention that I shortened my last name to Troy.
