Michael's Story
After graduating I went to San Jose State following twin majors in Biology [pre-med] and Art. In the latter half of my junior year changed my major to just Art and never looked back. Graduated '73 from SJSU then moved down to LA to go to the Art Center College of Design, but dropped out after getting offers for work on the east coast. Moved out to Connecticut and have pursued a career as an artist specia...Expand for more
lizing in fantasy and SF themes, doing hundreds of best-selling book and record album covers, etc. Since the 90s I've been working primarily on my gallery work. You can read more about me on Wikipedia entry or at my website which is easy to find via Google.
I'm married and have two children, one is an astrophysicist, the other a microbiologist--so they're covering both ends of the spectrum, you might say!
