Michael's Story
I was in the Naval Reserve until 1966. I then went into the US Army. I spent 40 Months in Vietnam after 10 months in Germany. I got out in 1972. In 1974 I moved from Ky to Fl.. I managed to get a BAA Degree in Criminal Justice. I worked 3and half years in the Fla Dept of Corrections before becoming a deputy sheriff for the Palm Beach Co Sheriff's Office. I also went into the Fl National Guard...Expand for more
and then the Army Reserve. until 1995. I made Master Sergeant.
I meanwhile retired from The Sheriffs Office in 1997 as a Lieutenant. I moved to Maryville Tn. worked for the Blount Co Sheriff's Office for 6 years when I then Retiried, I also joined the Tn National Guard and am now retired fron the Us Army with 33 years service. My Wife and I Have beed married for 30 years this coming November.
