Received BA in English (minor German Language) 1975, BS in Nursing 1981, Masters in Public Health in 1990 and Doctorate in Pubic Health in 1999. Lived in El Paso, Texas, Würzburg, Germany, Colorado Springs, CO, in the desert near Rafha, Saudi Arabia, Fort Greely, Alaska, San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX and finally to Edgewood, Maryland. Deployed to Iraq twice. In November 2011 Ursula, my wife, and I moved to Austin, Texas.".
