Michael's Story
Life
I never guessed I would move from performing to news, but it happened while I lived in San Francisco. I became interested in the power to shape the world that media have, so I finally went to college, worked at the college newspaper and then moved to Portland, Ore., to work at The Oregonian. Tried that for five years, but it turns out I'm not that mainstream. Now I'm off to a life of aid ...Expand for more
work across the world. Starting in India, we'll see where I go next.
School
Wasn't that freakin' fun? I had a blast, Joe Zingo was/is amazing, high school and Eugene helped me become the freak I am, and I'm more grateful than they'll ever know. I wondered what Jason Bortz was up to, and then I found him on the Internet recently; he's acting and has a film production company. Rock on, Borko.
