Life
OMG- where to start? I left Connecticut in 1993 and moved to Indiana. Had to divorce my cheating husband so I left him there and moved to Evansville. It was dramatic to say the least! Started working in a restaurant nights to be home with my baby in the day. Next thing you know I am a manager being transferred to Indianapolis to open new restaurants! By then Meghan was 3 and needed a full time Mommy (restaurants KILL you in hours worked). So back to Accounting and a real day job. I had 4 years of Non-profit accounting experience plus the degree to back it up. Who hires me? A Fraternity Headquarters in Indianapolis. You can't imagine what I thought! en ANOTHER Fraternity came looking for me. Seems I found my niche in life- keeping track of college guys and their money! HA! Just this summer a Sorority camel ooking for me and I jumped ship after 19 years. So here I am, I die hard COLTS season ticket holder for 17 years, volunteer with the Girl Scouts, Neighborhood Board President, avid reader of mystery novels, and the most obsessive Walking Dead (used to be LOST) TV show-fanatic in the greater metro Indianapolis area! My season finale and premiere parties are to die for! Meghan graduated COLLEGE in 2015! Mya is going to be 14 and Monica is 11. My brother lives in PA not far from Philly and my dad passed away in 2010. My mom is out in Arizona but hasn't talked to me in over 14 years. Apparently my life didn't go as she planned! GO figure. What is new with the rest of you?
