Life
It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to be when I grow up (I guess, I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Math/Computer Science, got married, worked as a computer programmer for 9 of the next 11 years (2 of those years, I had a business as a florist). Got laid off. Got Divorced (no kids, thank heavens.) Studied massage therapy. Practiced that for the next few years. Decided that this was not enough and decided to go back to school to become a physician. I moved to Missouri, did my first 2 years of med school. Moved to Washington State for my 3rd year of med school, had some challenges there and moved back to Missouri to finish my schooling. Started an internship in Independence, MO. Worked 6 months. ournal of the American Osteopathic Association. Found another position starting in June 2005 on Long Island, NY (Far Rockaway). Packed up and moved to New York (Long Island) and spent the next 5 years getting through a family practice residency and two fellowships, one in hospitalist medicine and one in NeuroMuscular Medicine (NMM) further study in hands-on medicine. I just got a permanent job in Family Practice in Mt. Vernon, WA where I hope to retire. I start March 1st. I'd love to hear from any af the Dana Hills band members between 1971 and 1975. I've found it difficult to keep in touch with everyone and there are a couple of people I really would like to find. Anne Marie (nee' Jansen), Daniel Blank, Don Woods, Nelson ?? (Clarinet), his friend Chris (photographer), and Marc Wynn who came to one of the reunions I COULD get to.
