Michele's Story
Life
I have been living in Volusia County, Florida since 1984. I do NOT miss the snow and long dreary winters of the North. My visits in New York are brief and in the warmer months.
I am a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and Surgical Coordinator for Florida Health Care Plans Ophthalmology Department, Holly Hill, Florida. I love my job and work with many wonderful people.
I have two grown children Ian whose 33 years old and a daughter Andrea 27 years old. My son has enlightened my life with a wonderful grandson who I adore and is now 5. Due to the economy ...Expand for more
my son and grandson have moved in with us. This will hopefully help all of us survive the pitfalls of a poor economy.
My sister Diane lives next door to me and my parents have moved down the street from us. I am a caregiver and am not far from them in case of emergencies.
I am fortunate to have many of my cousins a few short miles away such as Jeff & Greg Fischer, and Scott Peace.
College
College was one of the most unique experiences of my life. I have made many new friends along the way. I am just glad I completed my degree in the healthcare industry.
