Michele's Story
Life
I'm a massage therapist, recently divorced after 22 years of marriage, and have three gorgeous sons (oldest is 25, the twins are 21)all of whom also went to HBHS!
School
In high school I was quiet, shy and invisible, and worked hard to keep it that way (now people wonder if I'm ever going to shut up.....).
During my senior year I pushed myself to get involved in a few things, mostly helping out sport teams (manager for the boys' swim team, Cinderellas, etc) because it was a quiet way to be a part of the activity.
I was also an avid "spectator" (sports freak), going to all of the football and basketball games, as well as all the track meets. I believed in my school's teams and read the sports page voraciously. Never hurt that I always seemed to have a secret crush on any number of athletes! :-)
College

f high school (completely unsure of what I wanted to do with my life, and it seemed the logical choice). I majored in Partying...so much for an education! I only completed a year there, and went off to use my newfound partying skills.
Many years later, after working in retail for too many years, and then having children, I finally got around to doing what I wanted to do and enrolled in massage school (vocational college). While studying was intense, so was our partying! I managed to finish the course with straight A's, with lasting memories of taking mid-terms and finals with hangovers!
Recently moved across country to Michigan with my boyfriend, and am living a huge adventure!
Life is short, and so my daily goal right now is pretty much just to have a good time, and find things to laugh about all the time! So far I seem to be doing just fine at it. :-)
