Michele's Story
I always wanted to be a singer, so a few years after high school I sang in a band that performed all over the Bay Area. At the same time a recording contract came along, so did my son Mathew. (Notice one T in Mathew. Thought it would be funny to torture him like my parents did with one L in Michele. Oh yeah, and it is funny!) Well, anyway, big choices were made, and the baby won in the future department.
I worked in So. Cal. for several years as a secretary and all around problem solver to a large construction firm. After my first husband and I split up, I returned to No. Cal. and settled in Placerville.

husband Terry, and we were married one month later in Tahoe! He had custody of his two kids, Staci & Chad, and we raised all three of our kids together as one big family. No one thought we would last 24 minutes, and now it's 24 years later. We own a fireplace, and stove shop also specializing in home decor. I work like a lunatic, and I love it! Terry was a contractor who built homes, and also did all of our ifireplace & stove installations. Unfortunately he had a stroke a couple of years ago, and can no longer work. No worries though, I work enough for both of us!
As far as the singing goes, my car is my domain! :)
