Michelle's Story
Life
After graduation I was off to Springfield, Mo. to college, one year later I married and four years after that I found myself divorced. (Maybe too young to get married in the first place.)
Unmarried and a bit confused in 1979 I had a beautiful daughter named Kelly Lyn (Lyn after Marsha Lyn...Melody calls her Kelly Sue after her middle name), I raised her as a single parent while going to the University of Indianapolis and working in the E.R. at Hancock Memorial in Greenfield. When I finally finished school Kelly graduated from Greenfield Central and went on to attend Marion College then transfering to Indiana University. However, upon her high school graduation I felt I could either sink or swim...I chose to swim and left Indpls. and the medical field to work onboard Norweigian Cruise Line ships as a Cruise Director from 1998 until 2004. Europe, Scandinavia, The Med., South East Asia, Alaska, New Zealand, Australia, the Panama Canal and the entire coast line of the U.S.A. Wouldn't Mr. Aaron, 6th grade teacher at BDJH be proud?
I made the decision to settle in Jacksonville, Florida and am now back in the medical field as Manager of Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute. Proud providers of the NFL.
Working seems to be a favorite pass time, no children (at home) no grand children, no husband. What's a girl to do? WORK! :)
That's it in a very small nutshell.
I look forward to hearing from anyone from BDHS. Those were the good ole' days.

P.S. Melody is now living/working here in Jacksonville, I do my best to keep her out of trouble - ha ha. Marsha is one of those big-wigs doing her thing at the "Corporate Level" in Santa Monica, Ca. We still spend a lot of time together having too much fun and still remain very close.
