Michelle's Story
Life
Well......still married to Steve. Meet him during my junior year (86), married him March 89.
My beautiful daughter, morgan, came along 10 months after marrying, now 17 and a senior at Winona High. She plans to attend Cosmetology School after graduation in 2008.
In 1992, our son, Kielin was born, now 15 and a freshman at Winona High. He is not sure what he wants to do but thinking some something along the line of digital animation.
I have had many different career moves over the years from secretary, receptionist, data entry, litigation secretary, manager of bicycle shop, and bartender. I am currently doing what I LOVE and have ALWAYS wanted to do. I have been a hairstylist for 3 years now.
Over the years I have done several interesting things. My husband is addicted to cycling so I tried my hand at it for a few years and even was awarded a sixth place in Texas for racing mountain bikes. I also got into showing my car, been put in Import Tuner booth at Dallas Autorama, won several shows throughout Texas, including my category at Texas Heatwave in Austin. Even met celebrities who I hung out with at car shows. Gave all up to get my cosmetology license so I could do what I dreamed of doing for years.....hair!

Steve, works for FedEx. He has been there since graduation and has moved over of the years to be an Operations Supervisor and last year went to massage school and acquired his license to be a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in sports massage. Cycling was our life for many years. He is a Cat2 road cyclist and an Expert category mountain biker. Even won some Texas State Championships in Criterium, Road and Mountain biking.
School
I have not kept in touch with many from school partical due to not really "hanging out" with anyone for one reason or the other. Mostly, always thought most were stuck-up. Vicki (Moore) and Sylvia(Seanz-Ables) were only ones I was true friends with during that time. I have had contact with Vicki through the years here and there, but have lost touch with Sylvia and would LOVE to find her.
Workplace
Hairstylist at Toni & Guy for a while and felt I was limited in my creativity and moved on to JCPenney salon were I can be myself and dont have to wear all that damn white. hehehe. I chose JCP due to the reputation of being one of the top ranked salons in the country and the added benefits for working to a corporation. I will go hungry before I will lower myself to Smartstyles, Supercuts, Regis, Mastercuts, etc.
