Life
After graduation from UCA in '95 I moved to Virginia and spent a year working for the US Forest Service in the Appalachians before moving to Richmond. I've been here now over 10 years and got married March, '07 to David Peregoy (native Richmond boy). I work for the Virginia Dept. of Health in Communications. My role is focused mostly media relations related to epidemiology--all the exciting infectious diseases! Aside from work, I manage a small domestic zoo--two dachshunds, three cats and at least 50 fish (they keep breeding! I don't care what they say about rabbits--the fish have it!). Next on the list" Alpacas! I'll need to move from the burbs for that I think...
I'm historian at church and sing in the band and I'm writing a collection of memoirs (you could be in one!) and a chapbook of poetry this year.
I'm looking forward to a 20 yr reunion and seeing everyone, catching up and discovering how we've all changed over the years.
