Mick's Story
Life
I just retired from teaching. Since KHS I've lived in Alaska, Oregon, Kansas, Texas, and presently in Pennsylvania.
I am the proud grandpa of twin girls born in August, 2006. My son and his wife presently live in Oregon and we look forward to visiting them whenever we can.
I am blessed to live the life that I live. I would not have forseen this as my future back "in the day." Things are great and continue to get better, thanks to my wife and family. I remember thinking that if I lived to be 35 years old, that would be really cool. Now here I am pushing 60 and wondering how I got here. Time flies way too fast the older I get.

This Internet thing is pretty hot. I've developed an online business that really keeps me engaged, so I'm not the least bit bored during retirement.
My wife, Jill, still has a couple of more years teaching before she retires. I can hardly wait. That will be a lot of fun. Her wild sense of humor keeps me young at heart even though I suffer from some of the side effects of growing older (I still have most of my hair, but I can't get into the clothes I wore in high school).
Jill and I are looking forward to the class reunion this summer. It should be a lot of fun to sit around and talk about the "good old days." We hope to see you there.
