Mickey's Story
After high school it was off to college. After much more drama there than I care to remember, it off to the "real world". I transferred to New Orleans, LA, met a girl, got married and moved back to Texas.
I learned some law and became a paralegal until 1999. After teaching myself to read email headers to get spammers disconnected from the Internet, I left the legal profession went to work enforcing acceptable use policies and laws for a Network Service Provider.

ing on Internet-related projects for ten years now. I've given testimony to the US Congress, testified twice before the Texas Senate, once before the California Senate, drafted legislation introduced in several states, consulted with multiple international legislatures working on crafting their own junk email statutes, and am one of the Internet's foremost authorities on spam law.
I now have three kids (2 boys, 1 girl), and am Cubmaster for a cub scout pack in my current hometown.
